INTERNATION WOMENS TAMMY VASBINDER

After working in business strategy for nearly 20 years, Tammy knew there had to be a better way to further help the businesses she serves. A natural connector, she developed Vast Strategies by bringing together industry-leading creatives and innovative marketing professionals.

There is nothing more important to Tammy than the relationships she builds with her clients and the results she delivers. Authentic, warm, and welcoming, Tammy has always been able to put people at ease and is a natural connector. (Three different couples that met through her are now married.)
Her experience spans twenty years and includes sales and buyer positions in retail, print and radio.

When she's not cultivating detailed marketing strategies, you can often find Tammy playing softball and basketball, teaching her sons how to be excellent humans, or spending time with family and friends.

About Vast Strategies
Vast Strategies works with customers that are disappointed with their current website, concerned with dollars spent on marketing with little results, frustrated with long sales cycles, and the weariness of spending a lot of time doing quotes or proposals only to find themselves chasing down prospects who never get back to them. Basically, being unpaid consultants.

Vast has an experienced and award-winning team focused on graphic and website design, sales and leadership training, promotional products & marketing. They pride themselves in meeting deadlines, staying true to their word and helping their clients achieve their goals.

If you’re facing the above challenges, schedule a conversation with Tammy to see if Vast Strategies may be a good solution for your business.

The Celebration of Juneteenth in Harrisburg

According to Wikipedia Juneteenth is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the emancipation of enslaved African-Americans. It is also often observed for celebrating African-American culture. Originating in Galveston, Texas, it has been celebrated annually on June 19 in various parts of the United States since 1865.

I sat down with the Harrisburg Chapter of Young Professionals of Color (YPOC). Our conversation went a bit deeper then the Celebration itself. In fact, the conversation explored avenues for which I may never understand, because I didn't live in their shoes. What I can say is platforms like mine give other people a chance to listen and hopefully inspire.
Interview includes:
Jankail Adams
Dr. Kimeka Campbell
Winnie Okello
Boots Sampson
