(Harrisburg, PA) -- Investigators say a deadly January shooting in Harrisburg was justified. The District Attorney's Office ruled Friday that 64-year-old Franklin Lee was shot and killed in self-defense. Authorities said Lee attacked the other person while armed with a handgun before he was fatally shot on January 10th. It was the first homicide in Harrisburg this year.
