SUNDAY WEATHER WARN DAY FOR SNOW:
It will be dry early Sunday morning but expect snow to move in between 9 and 11 am. The steady snow will continue, heavy at times, through later afternoon before wrapping quickly early evening. Much of the area will receive 2 to 4 inches of snow with areas along and east of I-83 seeing as much as 6". Travel will quickly deteriorate late Sunday morning into the afternoon. As the snow winds down, the winds will pick up. Due to the dry and fluffier nature to the snow, blowing and drifting will become a concern Sunday night into all of Monday.

BRUTAL COLD:
Frigid conditions unfold in the Monday to Wednesday timeframe. Highs will struggle just to reach 20 degrees on Monday along with a stiff breeze resulting in wind chills below zero. Highs will only reach the teens Tuesday and Wednesday with overnight lows near zero. Wind chills both mornings may reach 5-15 below. This is DANGEROUS cold. Minimize exposed skin and remember to keep the pets warm and properly sheltered at all times.
Temperatures will moderate by the end of next week but still run below normal.
