(Lancaster County, PA) -- A man is facing charges after authorities say he caused a disturbance at a skating rink then damaged a police car. Officers in Manheim Township say 35-year-old Justin Hoffman threatened to fight a group of employees while he was drunk at a skating rink on Golf Drive earlier this month. When officers arrived at the scene, Hoffman allegedly ignored orders then kicked the door of the patrol car after he was placed under arrest. The department says he caused about five-thousand-dollars worth of damage.
