Man Accused Of Hitting Bicyclist In Custody
(Cumberland County, PA) -- A man accused of hitting a bicyclist with his truck has turned himself in. Donald Alleman is accused of striking the bicyclist during a road rage incident in Cumberland County on June 23rd. Police say Alleman tried to force the victim off the road before hitting them with his truck. He faces several charges including aggravated assault by vehicle.
