Man Charged In Fatal Hit-And-Run
(Lebanon County, PA) -- A man is in custody in connection to a fatal hit-and-run in Lebanon County. Nineteen-year-old Zachary Werner is accused of hitting and killing 77-year-old Casimira Pakola on April 30th then fleeing the scene. Werner was arrested on Tuesday. He faces charges including involuntary manslaughter and reckless driving.
