(Lancaster, PA) -- Local police are seeking the public's help in tracking down two individuals who vandalized Lancaster's Penn Square on May 11th. Department sources say the pair were part of a group on individuals who reportedly dipped their hand into red paint, then left a series of red hand prints on lamp posts, at least one monument, a fountain and various brick structures. Anyone with information leading to the arrest and potential prosecution of these suspects is asked to call Lancaster police.
