PA Motorists Head For The Memorial Day Weekend With Higher Prices At The Pump

(Undated) -- Pennsylvania motorists are paying a little extra as they top off the tank heading into the Memorial Day weekend. As reported by Triple-A, the average price for a gallon of regular rose slightly yesterday in the Keystone State to just under three dollars, 78 cents, this as the corresponding national figure also increased to half a cent over three sixty-one. The cheapest gas continues to be found in Mississippi, with the Magnolia State figure rising incrementally to a little over three oh six. At the other end of the gas-price spectrum, California's state average fell slightly on Thursday to a little over five bucks, 15 cents.
