Police Charge Already Convicted Sex Offender In Separate Abuse Case
(Lancaster, PA) -- A convicted sex offender from Manheim Township, who's already serving prison time, faces additional charges for allegedly assaulting a fourth girl. Thomas Irwin was convicted five years ago for abusing three girls in separate incidents in Manheim Township and in Marietta. The new charges were recently filed after another child told police that Irwin sexually abused her when she was in second and third grades. Court documents show Irwin, who is now 76, has denied abusing her.
