Businesses Approved for State Tax Incentive Credits
(Harrisburg, PA) -- About 40 businesses that donated to nonprofits through Pennsylvania's Neighborhood Assistance Program have been approved for tax credits. Program leaders last week approved 36-million in tax credits for the companies. The program supports nonprofits that assist low-income people in distressed areas of the state. The businesses can receive credits worth up to 80 percent of their donations to qualifying nonprofit projects.
