(Harrisburg, PA) -- Pennsylvania's House Health Committee Chairman has reportedly said it's inevitable that the Keystone State will legalize recreational marijuana use. Democrat Representative Don Frankel's comments at a committee hearing Thursday also reflected that it's time the state figure out how to manage recreational cannabis responsibly. Supporters say such a move would need to include control over who produces the product, how it's tested, and where it can be sold. Frankel says the hearing was the first of several to be held over the coming months.
