(Harrisburg, PA ) -- Three warehouses are being planned for a close to two-million-square-feet space along Carlisle Pike. The proposal will be discussed Thursday night at the Silver Spring Township Planning Commission. Developers HSS Investors has submitted a preliminary as well as final land development plans for the property at 281 Hempt Road. The site is across from Cumberland Valley High and was formerly home to the Hempt Farm, a standardbred horse farm.
