(Lebanon, PA) -- A Lebanon County Court judge has ordered a 37-year-old woman to spend the rest of her life in prison. Kimberly Maurer was accused of starving and abusing her husband's son to the point that he died in 2020. Scott Schollenberger pleaded guilty to criminal homicide in February and is serving a sentence of life in prison without a chance of parole. Police say the boy was nude, malnourished and covered in his own feces when his body was discovered.
