(Harrisburg, PA) - Election officials say mail-in ballots for the May 17th Pennsylvania primary election are already starting to come in. Director of Elections and Voter Registration Jerry Feaser tells PennLive dot com that about a third of the 17-thousand ballots requested have already been received. Applications for mail-in ballots are still being received through May 10. Otherwise, Dauphin County's voting precincts will be open for in-person balloting from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on primary election day.
