>>Cafe Attack in Lancaster

(Lancaster, PA -- CBS-21) -- A Lancaster man has been charged after police say he attacked an employee of Valentino's Cafe on the 100 block of Rider Avenue.

Authorities say 43-year-old Gerald Eshelman had been "flagged" earlier and left the Cafe.

Police say he returned later and without warning pushed/tackled the employee.

The employee suffered injury to their right shoulder, according to officials.

Eshelman was charged with one count of simple assault, according to police.

>>Video Show Suspect Blindside Tow Truck Driver In Road Rage Attack

(York, PA) -- Police in York are looking for a man they say assaulted a tow truck driver recently. On Tuesday, police released the video that shows the tow truck driver speaking with the suspect, who was inside of his vehicle. The man then gets out of his car, follows the tow truck driver and then swings and hits him as the victim was turned around. Police are calling it a road rage incident and are now asking if anyone recognizes the man from the video.  

>>Four Teens Charged In Millersburg University Pellet Gun Shootings

(Millersville, PA) -- Four teens are now facing charges for shooting several people at Millersburg University campus with a gel gun. The charges are three counts of reckless endangering, according to the university Tuesday. The incident happened Sunday, when four students were reportedly hit with the pellets from the gun. All of the suspects are local high school students. 

>>Two Of Four State Troopers Injured In Police Chase Crash Are Still Hospitalized

(Chambersburg, PA) -- Four Pennsylvania state troopers are recovering from various injuries after they were injured during a police chase Monday night. It started when State Police tried to pull over a suspect in Chambersburg around 11:45 Monday night. The suspect took off, eventually crashing near Route 30 and Shatzer Orchard Road. Two of the four troopers injured remain hospitalized but are expected to be OK.  

>>Cows Fall Off Trailer Blocking I-81 For Some Time Tuesday

(Cumberland County, PA) -- It isn't that common that a local highway shuts down due to loose bovine. That's exactly what happened in Cumberland County though on Tuesday afternoon, when a group of cows briefly closed I-81 in both directions. The cows had reportedly fallen off of a trailer that was driving through the area, some of them suffering minor injuries. Pennsylvania state troopers were called in and eventually wrangled the cows off the highway into a nearby fenced in area.  

>>Baby Pens Hand The Bears Another Tough Loss At GIANT Center

(Hershey, PA) -- The Hershey Bears are coming off of a tough loss last night at home, their fourth loss in the past five games. It was Wilkes-Barre/Scranton striking first Tuesday night, nearly seven minutes into the second period at GIANT Center, on a fortunate bounce. It would remain 1-0 up until the end of the third period, when Hershey pulled Hunter Shepard from goal, who had already blocked 22 of 23 shots on goal. After the Bears tied it up, but two empty net goals for the Baby Pens resulted in a 3-1 win for the road team.  

>>Attempted Child Abductions Reported In Susquehanna TWP

(Susquehanna Township, PA) -- An attempted child abduction is being investigated in Susquehanna Township. Police say this happened yesterday morning when a ten-year-old girl was at her bus stop in the area of North Progress Avenue and Timber View Drive. According to the investigation, a man pulled up in a newer, white four door sedan and asked the girl if she needed a ride. He then tried to lure her into his car. The man is described as older, with a light complexion, white hair in a tapered fashion and a thin build. He was wearing a blue surgical mask that exposed a mole on his face when removed. Anyone with any information is urged to call the Dauphin County Sheriff's Department.

>>New Principal To Be Appointed To Reading High School

(Reading, PA) -- Reading High School is about to get a new principal. District leaders say they plan to appoint Waldo Alvarado to serve in this position during tonight's regular board meeting. Alvarado has been serving as interim principal since November when then principal Eric Turman left to become superintendent of the Harrisburg School District.

>>Man Rescued After Falling In Quarry In Berks County

(Berks County, PA) -- A man is hospitalized after he fell fifty feet into a quarry in Berks County. EMS crews were called to Birdsboro Quarry in Robeson Township yesterday morning. Crews rescued the man, who was working as an outside contractor. There's no word on his condition.

>>Berks County Coroner Looking For Next Of Kin For Deceased Elderly Man

(Berks County, PA) -- The Berks County Coroner is looking for the next of kin for an elderly man who died of natural causes. That man has been identified as 77-year-old Donald R. Bowen. He lived at B'bai B'rith in the one-thousand block of Franklin. Anyone who is a relative or knows of any relatives of Bowen should call the Berks County Coroner's Office.

>>Lancaster County Man Gets Probation For Capitol Riots Charge

(Lancaster County, PA) -- A Lancaster County man won't get any jail time for his participation in the Capitol riots. Instead, Edward McAlanis was sentenced yesterday to two years of probation after a deal with prosecutors. McAlanis pleaded guilty to one charge of parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building. The other charges, including disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds were dismissed.
