>>Theatre Harrisburg To Return This Fall

(Harrisburg, PA) -- Harrisburg's original community theater is returning this fall. Theatre Harrisburg is going to be kicking off its 2021-2022 season with a performance of The SpongeBob Musical this October. The theatre will also be doing renditions of The Secret Garden, Now and Then and Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike during the season. Officials say ticket and season subscriptions will be available soon.

>>Former Carlisle Narcotics Detective Convicted Of Providing Drugs In Exchange For Sex

(Carlisle, PA) -- A former narcotics detective with the Carlisle Police Department is being accused of providing drugs to female informants in exchange for sex. Christopher Collare was found guilty of bribery, heroin distribution and making false statements to law enforcement on Friday. He was acquitted on several other charges of mail and wire fraud. His sentence hearing is expected to take place on a later date.

>>One Person Killed In York County Crash

(Newberry Township, PA) -- One person is dead following a crash in York County. The accident happened Thursday night in the 600-block of Potts Hill Road in Newberry Township. Police say 57-year-old Michael Stoey of Fairview Township died of multiple blunt force trauma. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.

>>Harrisburg Police Officer Injured After Car Accident

(Harrisburg, PA) -- A Harrisburg police officer is recovering after his patrol car was struck by another car while he was responding to a shots fired call. The incident happened yesterday morning near 6th and Radnor Street. Police say a driver who was suspected to be under the influence T-boned the officer's patrol car. The driver was taken into custody.

(Harrisburg, PA) -- COVID-19 cases are slightly increasing in Pennsylvania. The state's Department of Health reported 386 new positive cases yesterday. Two more people also passed away due to complications of the coronavirus.

>>Red Land High School Baseball Player Dies

(Lewisberry, PA) -- Red Land baseball officials say a member of their high school team has died. The team announced on Twitter that junior Andrew Roseman died suddenly last week. He had helped the team reach the 5-A final this past season. There’s no word on what may have led to his death.

>>Manheim Township Police Looking For Peeping Tom

(Manheim Twp., PA) -- Police in Manheim Township are searching for a peeping tom. The man allegedly followed young woman around the Target on the Fruitville Pike Thursday evening, then reach under a changing room door with a cell phone. The man fled through a fire door and drove off in a white pickup truck.

>>Harrisburg Girl Scout To Fight Hunger While Going For Gold Badge Honor

(Harrisburg, PA) -- A Girl Scout from Harrisburg is fighting hunger while also going for her Gold Badge. Kaitlyn Hillenbrand is placing a food donation box outside the Capital Area School for the Arts building at Strawberry Square, adding that anyone who needs can take an item from the box. The Gold Badge is considered one of the Girl Scout’s top honors.

(Harrisburg, PA) -- The Harrisburg Senators come away with a win and a loss on Sunday. They completed Saturday’s eleven inning affair with a 6-5 win over Akron before losing in their regularly scheduled Sunday game to the Rubber Ducks 5-1. Sens pitcher Aaron Barrett got the game one win on his bobblehead giveaway day.
