(Harrisburg, PA) -- The Dauphin County Register of Wills office is going to be operating almost completely virtual. The office announced recently that it is introducing a new online system to eliminate the need for in-person visits. Officials say the new system was brought about due to COVID-19 restrictions. You can now submit applications and papers electronically and have appointments with workers online.
