A man is in custody in connection to a police standoff in Grantville. Troopers went to Izaac Roy's East Hanover Township home Sunday night for a welfare check and found Roy had barricaded himself inside. A Special Emergency Response Team was called in and Roy eventually surrendered peacefully. Roy, who suffers from mental health issues, is looking at terroristic threat and drug possession charges.
