A gag order is being placed on attorneys involved in the alleged Allentown pay-to-play scheme case. A federal judge agreed to the request by the federal prosecutor after hearing arguments from Mayor Pawlowski's attorney that the indictment against his client be dismissed. Attorneys for two co-defendants also asked that the bribery indictments against their clients be dismissed. They also asked for their trials to be severed from the Mayor's.
