A preliminary hearing is scheduled for today in the death of a New Jersey teen who died after a Penn State fraternity party earlier this year. Seventeen of the people charged are facing new charges in Timothy Piazza's death. The Centre County DA refiled some charges that had been dismissed along with some new charges after surveillance video from the frat house was discovered. The incoming county DA has asked the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General to take over the case due to a conflict of interest.
