Steeler's Gilbert out four games

The Steelers are going to be without right tackle Marcus Gilbert for the next four games.  The NFL announced yesterday that Gilbert has been suspended for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing drugs.  He is not allowed to be at any team facilities until his suspension ends on December 18th.  Gilbert released a statement apologizing to his teammates, coaches and the entire Steelers family.  He claims he ingested the banned substance inadvertently.
