The Harrisburg University of Science and Technology is planning to build the tallest building in the city. The school confirmed yesterday that the plan would have the construction done in 2021. The university is buying connected spaces on Chestnut Street along with three properties on South Third Street for the proposed project. The mixed-use tower would have space to accommodate 300 students, and would include a boutique hotel and restaurant. It will also create about 100 full-time jobs.
