The U.S. Supreme Court is not going to stop a federal lawsuit challenging Pennsylvania's congressional districts. Justice Samuel Alito rejected the requested stay on Friday. House Speaker Mike Turzai and Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati had asked the court to halt the case until a similar lawsuit over the districts is resolved.
