A spokesperson for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency's headquarters is confirming the discovery of a bed bug in the Harrisburg building. The single bug was found Monday on the second floor of the North Seventh Street facility. It is said to be an isolated incident but exterminators will be treating the area.
