Hafer avoids prison

Former Pennsylvania Treasurer Barbara Hafer says she is ashamed and heartsick.  Hafer made the remarks yesterday at her sentencing hearing.  Hafer admitted to lying to federal investigators about money she received from businessman Richard Ireland after she left public office in 2005.  The judge gave Hafer three years of probation and 500 hours of community service.  He also ordered her to pay a 50-thousand dollar fine.
