A man is facing charges after leaving two young children unattended in Swatara Township. Police say Devine Davis left the three-and-four-year-olds alone in a home earlier this month and the younger child was later found wandering around the neighborhood. Officers think he had been walking for about an hour. Neither child was harmed.
