A man who threw eggs on the Frank Rizzo statue in August is being acquitted. Brandon Templin was charged with disorderly conduct for throwing four eggs on the statue of the former mayor outside of the Philadelphia Municipal Services Building. Templin will have to serve four hours of community service. If he completes the service, all charges will be dropped.
