No charges are being filed against a man who was kicked out of a televised town hall in Bethlehem. District Attorney John Morganelli made the announcement yesterday saying Simon Radecki's behavior was inappropriate and offensive but was within the bounds of free speech. Radecki was a questioner at Pat Toomey's August event and used his time to ask Toomey to confirm whether his daughter had been kidnapped. He then tied the question to the topic of deportation.
