Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey is supporting new legislation that would ban "bump stocks," which can be used to turn a semi-automatic weapon into an automatic weapon. Casey released a statement yesterday saying Congress should also vote on legislation to ban military-style weapons, limit the size and capacity of magazines and put universal background checks in place.
