A retired Philadelphia judge is pleading guilty to filing a false campaign finance report. Jimmie Moore yesterday admitted to pulling out of a 2012 primary election in exchange for a nearly 100-thousand-dollar payment from Congressman Bob Brady's campaign. Moore's admission is part of a plea agreement with the government. Documents show Moore agreed to drop out of the race for help with campaign debts after meeting with Brady before leaving the race.
