A Londonderry Township woman is facing charges after allegedly providing heroin to her addicted 16-year-old daughter. Diane Gutierrez was charged last week and is accused giving the teen heroin multiple times beginning in March. The pair was also allegedly using drugs together when the girl suffered an overdose in July and had to be revived with Narcan.
