Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro is challenging President Trump's decision to end Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Shapiro issued a statement yesterday saying he has reviewed the President's actions and determined they violate the rule of law. He also said he was forced to act because of a failure in leadership, both by President Trump and by Congress. More than a dozen Attorneys General have filed lawsuits over Trump's decision to end the program.
