The City of Philadelphia is suing U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions over recently imposed restrictions on federal grant money for so-called "sanctuary cities." The suit was filed yesterday morning in federal court hoping to prevent Sessions from putting new restrictions on a justice assistance grant. The grant gave Philadelphia over a million and a half dollars last year for law enforcement.
