A man is facing charges in connection to a Lebanon shooting. A man and a woman were hit near North 9th and Mifflin streets last week. Both were treated and are expected to recover. Luis Guzman is wanted for the crime, which allegedly began as an argument between two groups of people. Guzman was also treated for a gunshot wound to his foot but police have not been able to find him since.
