(Norristown, PA) -- The lawyer who defended Michael Jackson against child molestation charges is now part of Bill Cosby's defense for his retrial. Cosby hired Tom Mesereau and two other lawyers for November's Montco retrial of sexual assault charges. In Cosby's first trial, jurors could not reach a verdict and a mistrial was declared. Both lawyers from Cosby's original defense team withdrew from the retrial. Cosby is due in court today for a hearing on his defense team changes.
