A teenager is facing charges after being caught driving a stolen car. The armed 17-year-old had four passengers in the vehicle when police tried to pull him over Sunday near 15th and Swatara streets. The driver and his front-seat passenger got out of the car and took off, leaving three 13-and 14-year-old girls in the back seat. The driver was allegedly seen tossing a handgun before he was arrested. The other passenger has not been located.
