Today's Philadelphia rally to keep the Frank Rizzo statue in place is being postponed. Channel 3 says rally organizers called off their planned protest last night after Mayor Kenney's office agreed to a meeting. The statue has become a hot-button issue recently after Councilwoman Helen Gym called for its removal last week. Critics of Rizzo say during his time as mayor and police commissioner African-Americans were regularly targeted and treated brutally.
