A man is being cited for a noise ordinance violation after trying to provoke police in Shippensburg. Officers were called to a home on East Fort Street last week for a noise complaint and warned Daniel Czerpak to keep it down. Czerpak agreed but as officers started to drive away, he allegedly blasted the "Cops" theme song at full volume. Police went back and turned the warning into a citation. Officers later posted a message on the Crimewatch website saying, "Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? The police changed the warning to a citation because of you."
