A Mechanicsburg woman is facing charges for allegedly operating a daycare out of her basement, while under the influence of marijuana and prescription pain medication. Sandra Goshorn is looking at child endangerment and possession charges for the incident, which occurred last month on McCormick Road. Police were called to the home and found Goshorn under the influence while caring for four young children under the age of three.
