A Gettysburg man is facing charges in connection to a deadly DUI accident. Jorge Reynoso-Lazcano was arrested over the weekend and is accused of homicide by vehicle while DUI. Police say Reynoso-Lazcano was intoxicated when he smashed into a utility pole on Cranberry Road in Tyrone Township last month. Paulino Sanchez-Torres was killed in the accident and one other person was ejected from the vehicle and seriously injured.
