The owners of McFarland Apartments are admitting to owning the collapsed Mulberry Street wall. The information came to light Friday following a lengthy title search. The wall collapsed onto Howard's Tire & Auto on Cameron Street in 2016. The wall's owners are now required to build a security fence around the tire shop and reimburse its owner for damages.
