A man is facing public intoxication charges following an incident in South Middleton Township. Police were called to Mill Street last week for a report of an alarm going off for a long period of time. Upon arrival, they found Aaron Perry in a parked car, sounding its alarm. Officers believe Perry was under the influence of drugs and experiencing a hallucination.
