A Harrisburg apartment fire is being ruled arson. Police say a suspect was found unconscious in the residence during the blaze Sunday night with self-inflicted injuries. When he came to, he was combative and pushed a firefighter down a flight of steps. Three people were displaced from the home but no serious injuries were reported. Charges are expected.
