An East Stroudsburg man is facing a felony assault charge after giving away a brownie to a coworker without telling her there was marijuana in it. State Police say the woman gave the pot brownie to her teenage son, who's autistic and had to be rushed to the hospital. They say Corey Emery admitted to giving the woman the brownie without telling her about the drug because he wanted someone else to eat it to see if it was really marijuana.
