A fire that damaged a Lebanon car wash is being blamed on a plug-in vacuum. Police say a woman was vacuuming her vehicle behind Carl's Car Wash Saturday morning when it caught fire. She moved it into a car wash bay to try to extinguish the flames, but they spread to the building instead. An apartment above the car wash was destroyed and a garage suffered severe smoke and water damage.
