A Quincy Township, Franklin County woman is facing charges after passing out in her car while she had children with her. A witness saw Angela Daywalt unconscious on the floor behind the driver's seat of her vehicle last weekend at Quincy Car Wash. The keys were in the ignition and two children were unrestrained inside. Daywalt told police she had taken prescription medications. She was also charged for using a child to start the ignition interlock of her vehicle in February.
