Police say they think the driver who slammed into a Northern Liberties, Philadelphia business before trying to take off was under the influence. The driver of a U-Haul was apparently driving the wrong way on North Second Street when he hit several cars before plowing into the new Urban Village Brewing Company yesterday afternoon. One of the owners of the Urban Village Brewing Company released a statement saying that while the building was damaged, they were cleaning up the mess and planned to be back open in time for dinner.
