A Duncannon man is facing disorderly conduct charges following an incident at a pizza shop. Roscoe Landis is accused of urinating on the deck at Sorrento's on North Market Street last week. Witnesses claim Roscoe was intoxicated and got into an argument with some people inside the bar before storming outside and relieving his bladder in full view.
