The state attorney general is asking lawmakers to carefully consider the GOP health care plan. Josh Shapiro says he is afraid the bill will be bad for people fighting addiction. Shapiro says more than 175-thousand Pennsylvanians could be negatively impacted by the bill and is imploring Senators Bob Casey Jr. and Pat Toomey to read it carefully. Shapiro says he cannot effectively fight addiction in the state unless he has access to treatment and the plan will cut that access.
