A rally was held at the Capitol yesterday to protest the bill, which opponents say will hurt children and the elderly with its Medicaid caps. Many attendees also stopped by Senator Pat Toomey's office to voice their concerns. Toomey claims he is encouraged by the plan but has not said if he will vote for it.
